    Honoring the Iraqi shot-tosser
So Muntadar al-Zaidi, the Iraqi fellow who threw his shoes at Bush, got a three-year prison sentence according to this article. I doubt he’ll actually serve any of the time in reality. However, what’s really funny is the giant bronze shoe statue that was unveiled in Tikrit in his honor. It is really surreal, isn’t it? The American forces come, screw up royally, and leave — leaving behind a giant bronze shoe as a testiment to a totally failed, corrupted policy and presidency. (yes I know the govt eventually took down the statue but its legacy will always be there as long as people on the internet can watch the President of the United States ducking for cover.)

Arash uses impeccable logic. Under the totalitarianism of the Iranian regime, a student commits suicide so…israel is justified in destroying the gaza strip!

Arash, you must have done incredibly well on the logic games section of the LSAT. I mean, look what law school you’re attending….
