Syria in a state of civil war

I don’t understand why analysts are so reluctant to call it a civil war. Lets call a spade a spade. See this video.  I think it was a matter of time that the opposition resorted to arms. After countless massacres, a death toll reaching 4,000, the people and army defectors are now fighting back militarily.

One Response to Syria in a state of civil war

  1. PB says:

    You are wrong!
These guys were armed from the beginning. Ofcourse not all picked up weapons.
There are now reports on the Independent, British paper, that Salafi’s trained by the Brits went into Libya are now being transported into Syria via Turkey.

They don’t call it a civil war because the public won’t support any involvement into a civil war.

Once the Syrian campaign ends they will go on to Lebanon and Iran.
